This is likely due to UTC, but there are better ways of perhaps displaying the date in the "Created" column within the reports of Wikimetrics.

Specifically, I just tried to download a cohort, and it tells me I created it "Tomorrow at 1:20 AM." It would be great if this just had a date, even if it isn't the same as MY current date... or at the very least, it would be nice to specify UTC.

We should display timestamps in the local timezone and not UTC, my 2 cents.
