A note about linking to disambiguation page was added into WikiEditor dialog box per bug 50160, but this feature is probably rarely used for linking, at least among experienced users. So there could be some more general disambiguation page link warning.

E.g. after clicking "Save" there could be pop-up warning like "You edit includes following new links to disambiguation pages: [list]" followed by options "Save anyways" and "Let me fix these".
