Description Antoine "hashar" Musso (WMF) 2013-09-20 20:15:27 UTC
We are running Jenkins LTS version v1.509.2. Jenkins released a new version
with a bunch of bug fixes. https://jenkins-ci.org/changelog-stable

An important fix seems to be:

* Lazy loading causes massive delays after a period of inactivity when loading dashboard (issue 16023)

That cause the dashboard to take a bunch of time to show up and possibly over interactions. The root cause is jenkins is looking through the whole build history to find the last failed build.

We need to get the 1.509.3 to be uploaded on apt.wikimedia.org. I have requested ops to do so with RT #5806.

The new package has been made available on apt.wikimedia.org

jenkins:
  Installed: 1.509.2
  Candidate: 1.509.3

Will get it upgraded on tuesday 24th after the language team rollout.
