We backported pep8 v1.4.5 from Saucy (bug 53352).  Upstream has released a new version v1.4.6 which fix a few bugs.  One is worth the backporting:

 Compare full path when excluding a file. (Issue #186)

Which cause troubles with pywikibot since they have to exclude some paths.

Package has been uploaded and is deployed in production on gallium and lanthanum.
