CirrusSearch must force use_constant_score_filter rather than default to the more efficient constant_score_auto.  Tracks upstream issue: https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch/issues/3754

Looks like this is being fixed in Lucene 4.5 as well.

Switching to Elasticsearch_0.90.7 becuase 0.90.6 has an issue that we don't want to suffer and they are cutting a new one "in a couple of days".
