Description christian 2013-09-26 16:06:53 UTC
There might be active editors that fall into both Global North and Global South, by using two different IPs. To make this more visible:
* Explain this possibility in the Global North / Global South graphs' description.
* Provide a "total number of active editors" line/graph that counts each user only once.
