Due to bug 52456, Jenkins uses the .jshintrc file from integration/docroot.git when running the jshint test.

You will need an empty .jshintrc file to make sure Jenkins is using the default jshint rules.

Blocks bug 54638, we would need the jslint job to be voting.  The job is failling with the current jshint configuration but would pass when ever the change 86119 is merged.
