Pleas remove the delete wikis from the database.

on de-labs.wikimedia.org, etc...   See https://git.wikimedia.org/blame/operations%2Fmediawiki-config.git/2eb4cbbb419aec87d14d4c30bd7a7c65a12009cf/deleted.dblist).

Listed on Global usage on commons etc. (example https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:GlobalUsage/Wappen_von_Xanten.svg).
