Description spage 2013-10-04 23:07:07 UTC
I got a notification e-mail from Flow (yay!), the e-mail body appeared as:

Maryana created a new topic with the title "<p>Welcome to testwiki!
</p>" on User talk:Spage

^there's a <br> here before the closing quote in my mail message

The topic title should not be wrapped in a <p> tag, and if the <br>/newline is added by Flow then it should not be present. I think Flow devs worked on a fix for title handling in commit a7c74886bbf.

The default format for Post::getContent() is html so it's saving the topic title as html format for notification
