Original description:
Instead of forcing users to modify the .py file itself, which may get overwritten on upgrades, please allow the script to accept
-page for the page to clean
-summary for the edit summary
-text for the text to replace with

It's fixed now with https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/135159 

In compat it won't be fixed, compat is deprecating.
