Subject: Move image/file
Original description:
The ability to move files/images much like a pagemove.

As of mediawiki 1.14 all files can be moved\(renamed\) instead of re-uploading a renamed version.
There is an option to "Leave a Redirect Behind". This is new to Wikia.com

I checked and I was able to move images via bot http://paste.ubuntu.com/6301937/
