Subject: -noredirect:language
Original description:
Would it be possible to add optionally language parameter for -noredirect?

There is somewhere problem with some group of articles, which were merged in one language, but not all \(so I cannot use -neverlink\) and in some other language were moved to better name.

Or I know, that in zh: is some \[\[???\]\] which redirects bad, but other \[\[???\]\] which might be good and is not redirect
