Subject: reflinks.py duplicates references names
Original description:
reflinks.py duplicates references names by changing some of the ref names to automatic names while leaving others intact. This causes references to be displayd twice.

I checked this by copying the article in sub page of my username in Polish Wikipedia and ran reflinks.py again. It worked correctly so I think it's solved somehow in the past four years
