It would be more logical if the -ignore/-ignorefile option just ignored \(skipped\) these pages. We should have some other option for forced remove, something like -neverlink not only for a language, but also for lang:title combinations. just try -cleanup instead of -force to keep the links but ignore it from following \(maybe it's a feature not a bug\)
