Subject: checkimages.py category handling error
Original description:
checkimages.py does not look into subcategories when preparing the list of acceptable licenses. It seems to \(prints the names of subcats on screen\) but then goes and marks every image not having a template in the base category as missing license. Seen on huwiki with r6971. Might or might not be related to the fact that calling catlib.categoryAllPageObjectsAPI twice results in subcategories not being parsed the second time.

I checked it on Persian Wikipedia and It worked correctly http://paste.ubuntu.com/6299747/
because this bug was reported several years I think It's fixed by now
