Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

When adding a template that also adds a category, after saving the list of categories is not updated until the page is reloaded.

To reproduce:

1. Load any page in VE
2. Add any template that also adds a category, e.g. {{user en}}
3. Save page

Expected behaviour: The list of categories includes the newly added category, e.g. [[Category:User en-N]]
Actual behaviour: The list of categories is not updated.

It doesn't seem to matter whether the category is plain or hidden.
