Compare

https://test2.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Selenium_user/cursor_test_page&veaction=edit

and

https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=User:Selenium_user/cursor_test_page&veaction=edit

both contain a transclusion for {{User:Selenium_user/cursor}}

current master branch shows the contents of that page "should be visible"
current release on test2wiki shows the URL for the page "User:Selenium user/cursor"

I remain unable to use Beta Labs until the SSL screw-up is fixed, but I'll take your word for it. :-)

I believe that the reported behaviour on Beta Labs is due to a wider fix in data model (this should have been this way from the beginning, but was a relatively minor bug).

Sorry for the disruption.
