Per discussion at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Project_chat/Archive/2013/05#AB.2C_RB_und_PTC (For some reason, a bug report was not filed for this). Basically, some lesser user rights should be included in some greater user rights. • 'autopatrolled' should include 'confirmed' • 'rollbacker' should include 'autopatrolled' • 'propertycreator' should include 'autopatrolled' A rollbacker or property creator would automatically be an autopatroller, and an autopatroller would automatically be a confirmed user, if not already autoconfirmed. However, autopatrolled and confirmed would still remain separate user rights.

(In reply to comment #0) > • 'autopatrolled' should include 'confirmed' > • 'rollbacker' should include 'autopatrolled' > • 'propertycreator' should include 'autopatrolled' "confirmed" and "autopatrolled" are no rights. What is meant is probably that all rights /from the confirmed resp. autopatrolled groups/ should also be assigned to the first listed group on each line? > A rollbacker or property creator would automatically be an autopatroller, and > an autopatroller would automatically be a confirmed user, if not already > autoconfirmed. I confused "user rights" with "user groups".
