Log in and navigate to http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Flow/Flow_QA

Make a new topic. 

User name/talk/contribs should be attached to the topic but only IP is.

My first attempts here to reproduce the bug didn't work, so I'm thinking perhaps there is a difference between the types of users?  

I registered on-wiki right before posting,  perhaps i should try something with SUL ?  Could you offer any insight into how your test scripts are registering/logging in so i can better reproduce?
