there are no statistics currently for the Vietnamese Wikivoyage..

viwikivoyage had been added long ago to wikivoyage.dblist but only in folder 'master_copy', and had not been manually propagated to actual working folder for wikistats. 

I changed WikiCountsSortDblist.pl so that it picks up file from 'master_copy' directly, which eliminates this manual step.

The proof is in the pudding and, the Vietnamese Wikivoyage cannot be found in the statistics. http://stats.wikimedia.org/wikivoyage/EN/TablesPageViewsMonthly.htm
