Setting $wgDebugToolbar = true gives a debug toolbar on each page view, maybe this can also show the infos about resourceloader modules from mediawiki.inspect.

Maybe needs a hook, that dynamically loaded modules (on click or on time) also shown up there.

Not related to ResourceLoader framework, this is a js module provided by MediaWiki. It (and all other modules, are loaded by ResourceLoader but that's irrelevant).
