If you're moving a wiki, you probably want to import the watchlist along with the account and account preferences. If you're using mediawikiauth as an alternative to CentralAuth or shared account tables (wikifur use case), however, you probably do not want to import the watchlist because it won't be relevant.

So it should have a toggly thingy. Global. Variable. Thing.
