To reploduce:

Create a new thread
- reply count = 0
Post a reply to the thread
- reply count = 1
Delete the reply
- reply count = 1

What i expect to happen:

Reply count should be decremented when a reply is deleted.

Which MediaWiki version and which LQT version/branch is this about exactly?
Is there a public wiki URL where this can be tested/seen?
