Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

Wikimedia migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports are handled in Wikimedia Phabricator.

This can be reproduced locally (without CentralAuth) or on the Wikimedia clusters (beta or prod).  For example, visit:

or:

http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:CreateAccount?returnto=test&returntoquery=action%3Dedit

It should preserve the returnto, but it redirects to:

http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:UserLogin/signup
