Created attachment 13501 [details] Telugu Special:Search page screenshot showing the absence of help string, when compared with English wiki Comparing https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=&button=&title=Special%3ASearch and https://te.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=&button=&title=Special%3ASearch (screenshot enclosed) reveals that message search-summary (correspodning to English string For search options, see Help:Searching.) does not appear in Telugu. I tried to search for that string in Translatewiki and could not find it. As this is a crucial help link, it should be visible.

Thanks. I thought all strings need local lization on Translatewiki. Is there a link to a page showing localization on the target wiki?
I checked <a href="https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55774#c1"> Comment 1's </a> first reference and it does highlight the messages that require local localization. If there is a dynamically updated list of such messages, it will be helpful.
