example of a number list attempting to be indented

This may be similar to https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=48010

In the VisualEditor, entire lists cannot be indented. For example, to get an entire list to appear slightly indented, a user would type in wikitext:

:* First
:** First sub one
:** First sub two
:** First sub three
:* Second
:** Second sub one...

Whereas the VisualEditor is attempting to enter this wikitext:

** First
*** First sub one
*** First sub two
*** First sub three
** Second
*** Second sub one...
