The Individual Engagement Grants Committee has 4 working groups, and to facilitate the committee's recusals structure and review process we need a separate list for each working group. This is a request for list 3 of 4. Name: iegcom-offline Like the main iegcom list (see Bug 44655), this should set to be private archives and hidden from main list directory, confirm and approve membership. Please add sbouterse@wikimedia.org (as well as thehelpfulone) as an initial list admin, we'll add some more volunteer admins later.
