https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Rotatebot hasn't rotated anything for the last 30 hours at least. The person in charge of maintenance (operator Luxo) doesn't contribute to Wikimedia any more and hasn't answered to my e-mail request (yet).  Thank you!

We can't really do anything to help... Presumably someone is still looking after it, otherwise it shouldn't be running at all

Nothing that can be solved in Bugzilla, needs the maintainer of that bot instead, sorry. :-/
