1.  Go to http://gp.wmflabs.org/#core-graphs-tab
2.  Scroll down the page such that the top of the "Core", "Grants" and "Brazil" buttons/tabs are slightly occluded
3.  Try hovering/clicking on one of those buttons

Expected:
*  Hovering and clicking should work

Actual:
*  No effect.  Scrolling almost to the top of the page seems to be required.
