So that services like these:
* http://acc.wmflabs.org
* http://parsoid.wmflabs.org
* http://cvn.wmflabs.org/api.php

.. can get proper valid HTTPS connections.

This is already done and is working on yuviproxy. We just need to merge in the proxy interface for wikitech and package the invisible unicorn api for yuviproxy.
