test2wiki is configured such that clicking in any text input box such as the Search box on every page should bring up a clickable typewriter icon in order to invoke the ULS IME interface

The Reference, Transclusion, and Link overlays for VE on test2wiki all contain text input boxes but the IME icon does not appear when clicking in them.
