Few minutes ago, I created the tool `mp`.  The database password for this tool was empty.  I tried to change it, but I would have to do this for every host manually.  So could you please a) generate a new password and set it on all hosts and b) check whether there is a problem with the account creation?  Thanks!

That was fixed previously, the duplicate report was just not noticed.
