Thanks for taking the time to report this! Did you try to edit the logo at [[దస్త్రం:Wiki.png]] locally?

When I try to upload, I get the error: Upload error This filename is currently protected from (re)uploading and can be used solely by administrators. This filename is currently protected because it's either an inappropriate filename, a filename under which several copyright violations have been uploaded or because this file is heavily used across Wikimedia projects or used in a dangerous location (i.e. a wiki's main page). In case you want to upload a new file to the Commons, please choose another filename for it. If you're trying to upload an updated version of a protected media file, please see Commons:Requested updates to protected images. You may request unprotection of this filename.
I have checked that [[user:Odder|Odder]] has changed the png, but i suppose it wasnt the proposed one! Please check latest file from https://te.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E0%B0%A6%E0%B0%B8%E0%B1%8D%E0%B0%A4%E0%B1%8D%E0%B0%B0%E0%B0%82:Wiki.pn
The logo has been overwritten directly on Commons with the latest version of the SVG file, therefore marking this as RESOLVED FIXED.
