All the inter-project prefixes work but the ones stated in the summary:
* wikipecies
* voy
* d

Please activate them on wikimedia.it.

On this page: http://wiki.wikimedia.it/wiki/10_cose_da_sapere#NON_esiste_solo_Wikipedia I have been forced to use external link instead of regular wikilinks.

I'm pretty sure wiki.wikimedia.it is not operated by WMF. (It's certainly not on the WMF cluster, that's for sure.)

You'll have to ask the Wikimedia Italia server admins to do this for you.
