An admin has introduced a label (Etichetta) called "Modifica effettuata con Listing Editor" by mistake and currently it's not active. The right one is called "Listing Editor" and it's active. The it:voy labels can be found on: https://it.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Speciale:Etichette This admin it's not able to remove the wrong one, apparently for technical issue. Can someone remove this label?
> This admin it's not able to remove the wrong one Why not? What has been tried and what happened?

I think it is very unlikely that shell users would fulfil this request by manually editing the database. I'll move it to Site requests, but I would expect this request to be closed by a shell user.
Assigning this to Sean, who's the WMF database wizard.
Really doesn't need Sean or even Ops to do this. It'll just be a couple of DELETE queries that anyone with shell access can do
mysql:wikiadmin@db1038 [itwikivoyage]> DELETE FROM change_tag where ct_tag = 'Modifica effettuata con Listing Editor'; Query OK, 4 rows affected (0.00 sec) mysql:wikiadmin@db1038 [itwikivoyage]> DELETE from tag_summary where ts_tags = 'Modifica effettuata con Listing Editor'; Query OK, 4 rows affected (0.00 sec)
