Since we don't use the _all field in elasticsearch Cirrus shouldn't be writing fields to it, which I believe is the default.  This should speed things up and take up less space.

Looks like I created this bug and forgot about it but not about the work.  Here is the commit:  https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/92685/

It has been merged.  We can expect somewhere between 10% and 30% space reduction when we get around to rebuilding the indexes with this.  I don't recommend we rebuild them immediately because space isn't an issue.  We should see some index speed improvement but I haven't measured it.
