Visit the Wikipedia Village Pump or Help Desk to discuss", where the two are links to the English Wikipedia. Expected Results: This header should link language- and project-neutral pages such as [[m:Tech]] or [[m:Wikimedia Forum]], or at the very least use appropriate terminology ("English Wikipedia", not "Wikipedia"). Hmm, is there a non-language based general shortcut for Technical Village Pumps? I must admit I've never seen https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech before. Yeah, but that's just a list (I was hoping for a direct link that would always work for a specific language). So I guess we should just change the string to "English Wikipedia" then.
Well, it's not clear to me who you're trying to help with that header. I have a lot of possibilities in my mind, can you clarify the use case?
