At this page, I have some images on the left: https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Souhvězdí_Andromedy

If I drag them and try to drop them to the right it wont work. Seemingly it works just verticaly. Not horizontaly.

Drag-and-drop is indeed only meant to let users set image position, not location; the latter is to be set with bug 51293. Marking this as WONTFIX as it would be very confusing for users.
