Should be pretty easy via SoftwareVersion hook as long as Elastica exposes this.

We're pretty used to man handling Elastica when it doesn't expose stuff it should so I'm confident we can do this.

Not adding a regression test for this because I don't figure it is worth the work of automating the Special:Versions page.
