Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on the Edit button
2.Add a reference to the page
3.Add a reference list at the end of the page.
5.Click the button "Save" button



Observed Result:
The <ref> and <reference/> tags are showing up in the view mode

Fault due to local lack of the Cite extension; fixed.
