Bug from James_F ranting as he used the wizard. Would be more consistent and give the user a better hint that there's a next action.

s/hide/show as disabled/g?

I.e., greyed out, maybe [ Continue ] -> [ Previewing … ] and back then to [ Continue ] once ready?
