Click on the language button on https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page
I see العربية ( – Arabic)
Deutsch ( – German)

Rather than
Deutsch ( Hauptseite – German)
or
Deutsch (German)

Only effects the main page.

This is actually a problem in core. The tooltips are not generated correctly.
