If I hit "reply", my screen scrolls up about a pagelength or so. It does, fwiw, open the reply box ;p.

Same thing happens with hitting the 'permalink' button on a post (it works fine when you hit it on a topic)

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/430, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.
