The "you have been mentioned..." email links don't actually take you to the right position on the page.

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/436, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.

This seems to be working fine.  ee-flow may not be up-to-date at the time this bug was filed

Nope; justtested it on ee-flow. Still happening. I suspect it's linked to the other scrolling bug.
