On an existing course page "Create source" is used instead of "Edit source" in the tab at the top of the page. For an example, see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education_Program:University_of_Michigan/CHEM_540_%28Fall_2013%29

I filed this against the VisualEditor. I'm marking it as a duplicate, but adding Andrew Green to the cc in case he can see a good way of fixing it from within the EducationProgram extension.

Just noting here now that this is still problematic. I'll comment on the VE bug, too. Appreciate any efforts to fix it. :)
