Description Killiondude 2013-11-09 23:21:15 UTC
OTRS user emailed ([[ticket:2013110910008467]]) asking for this and I don't see it as too big of a problem, but would be nice nevertheless.

When following links in the app, it would be nice if the back button took you back to the last (sub)section link opened, therefore more likely to take the user back to where they last were reading from. Similar to how the website functions with appending #SECTION_NAME to the URL.

I'll note that we're currently in the process of completely scraping the old app and building a new one, so this is unlikely to get fixed in the *current* app. But I'll make sure that when the new app does get rolled out (~few months?) this feature exists.

Thanks for the report!

This is fixed in the new version now. They can opt in to alpha via instructions at http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/mobile-l/2014-March/006642.html
