It would be nice to offer informative description of each parameter when filling it, to know what to fill. Some paremetr names, are not clear.

What are exact steps that would allow me to reproduce this problem?

This is what the TemplateData system is for. If you fill in a <templatedata> block for the template in question, VisualEditor will show the descriptions you want.
