Following a permalink to a comment in a tangent creates a strange interaction between the green highlight line and the tangent line (see: http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/w/index.php?title=Sandbox&workflow=05091ebf9e6734dffb6efa163e68c4ac&action=view#flow-post-050935a3deff34dffb6efa163e68c4ac), making it look like one ragged-edged line.

The WMF core features team tracks this bug on Mingle card https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/flow/cards/453, but people from the community are welcome to contribute here and in Gerrit.
