Please add checking namesapce for wikipedia interwiki JS tool (wikidata tool).
Now users by fault add Category links to articles or link template pages to articles
In my opinion it can check local page's namespace 
(for example for fa.wiki (رده-category) )
with target link. if they are not match it shows an alarm and ask user:

Are you sure to link category to article namespace?

This bug force us to do edits like this

With Commons we're seeing cases where category <-> article linking does make perfect sense and I am sure we will have more of that in the future. Because of that I don't think we should change the current behavior, sorry.

What would probably be useful is have constraint reports for this created. Maybe that is happening already even?
