Complex building infrastructure are beyond the scope of the Tool Labs.  Absent a specific use case, this will not be deployed.

It remains possible to create a project for Maven if it ends up being needed, however.

Oh, that's me on JIRA! :-)  I believe I needed Maven to test compiling MWDumper under Debian.  In Labs, as Marc suggests, I would probably request a separate project outside Tools.
